These stainless steel rod holders with full length rubber lining measure approximately 10" L x 4" W x 3 3/8" D each with 4 1/4" x 3 3/8" flanges. They fit a 2" cutout, and mount via (3) 1/4" diameter holes set 2 3/4" x 2 3/8" apart.
