This pole light is constructed out of matte black plastic. Manufacturer calls this an 8" pole light. We measure it to be approximately 8" L x 2 3/8" Dia. overall. It mounts via (2) 1/8" Dia. mounting holes and connects via (2) raw wire leads. It illuminates white and is rated for 12V and 5W.

Yes, it is an all around, 360, but we aren't able to cross reference it to your sailboat. We aren't sure what the regs are for that.
I'm afraid we don't carry the AQS904967 replacement bulbs. Sorry.
