Constructed out of black marine grade plastic with a textured top, this deck plate / inspection port measures approximately 8" diameter x 3/4" thick overall. Manufacturer calls this a 6" deck plate. Requires an approximately 6 1/2" diameter cutout, and has a 5 7/8" opening. Lid screws on and off, and has a gasket for water resistance. Has (6) approximately 1/8" countersunk screws spaced 3 5/8" apart center on center.
