This seat base is constructed from aluminum with an anodized finish. It is used with 2 3/8" Dia. seat pedestals (not included). It measures approximately 9" Dia. x 3 1/4" H overall. It requires a 3" Dia. cutout. There are (6) 5/16" Dia. mounting holes approximately 8" apart, center-to-center.
