Boat part number 1055350 is a new pair of vent collector boxes from Attwood, part number 1342-1 . Commonly used on Rinker Boats, part number 232101 , but may be used on other boats.
These vent collector boxes are designed for intake or exhaust, and meet ABYC H-2 cross sectional area requirements. Each box is constructed out of black marine grade plastic with a matte surface. Manufacturer calls these boxes 4"; we measure the cutout on each box to be approximately (1) 3 7/8" Dia. Each box measures approximately 16 3/8" L x 2 3/8" W x 5" H overall.

I'm afraid we do not know how exactly you'd attach the hose. We aren't dealers and these came to us with no instructions or diagrams. About all we can suggest is to contact Attwood directly.
