Is this the same as the 2008 searay 185 skins. I believe they are the same seats. Also can I get this in the white and silverish/gray combination.

Unfortunately, we don't currently have any skins specific to your 195, and they aren't something we can source/order or cross reference to what we do have.
Going back to '04, we aren't aware of any retailers who might have "on the shelf" anymore. You might consider just getting marine vinyl off the roll and having an area upholsterer make them up for you.
