I'm afraid we are not able to cross reference the kit to specific model years. All we can suggest is to contact a Bayliner dealer and give them that 2074920 part number.

Unfortunately, we don't currently show any grey skins specific to your 175, and they aren't something we can source or order.
I'm afraid we aren't aware of any retailers who might have "on the shelf" anymore. You might consider just getting marine vinyl off the roll and having an area upholsterer make them up for you.
If you do go that route, we have a very good selection of vinyl at great prices at this link:

I'm sorry, but we don't show any skins for a 1996 model year Bayliner. It is possible one made for another Bayliner boat would work, but you would need to check with a Bayliner dealer.
