These decals are constructed out of metallic silver and teal colored marine grade vinyl with an adhesive backing. Each decal measures approximately 54 1/2" L x 1 1/2" H overall.

Sorry no, these are not the raised decals, and unfortunately, we don't currently have the same ones raised. They aren't something we can source or order. All the Bayliner raised graphics we have are shown here:

They are just flat vinyl. Anything that we have that is filled, hard plastic - anything but flat vinyl - will say raised in the ad.
