These mounts are constructed out of black marine plastic. Each measures approximately 2 3/8" W x 1 1/2" D x 7/8" H overall. They have (2) 1/4" countersunk mounting holes approximately 1 1/2" apart center to center. Mounts to a 7/8" Dia. bimini frame by a 1/4" threaded hole.
