These panels are constructed out of metallic graphite gray colored molded marine grade plastic.
This kit includes (1) gauge panel with Kronos Silver Series gauges from Faria. The gauge panel measures an approximate 20 3/4" L x 7 3/8" H x 2 3/4" D (not including mounted gauges). Has (1) pre-installed gauge wiring harness.

What other gauges go in the open slots ? Are there caps to cover the opening What is the cost of the other gauges or caps ?

Certainly a speedometer for one, and then probably trim and water pressure or maybe depth finder. We aren't dealers, so we don't know what Godfrey was originally intending to put there.
We have a Mercury/Yamaha trim here:
