Product Questions

I own a 2017 RB190 Ranger and a Ranger trailer, just purchased a couple months ago. The problem is I can’t jack the front of boat high enough to get the water completely out of the boat, the jack is mounted on the tongue of trailer with a welded bracket. The jack needs to go up another 2 inches so as to drain properly. I’m thinking that the springs on the trailer might of been replaced by dealer who I purchased from.
Looking for a solution.

Hello Richard,

Honestly, we aren't the people to ask. We aren't dealers/distributors - we purchase surplus and overstocks, so we don't do any installations or servicing, and really can't trouble shoot something like this.

What you might want to do is find an on line Ranger owners forum and post the question there. At least if you get an answer from another owner, you'd figure they'd be a straight shooter.
