Part of the Contura III series, this non-illuminated switch features a blank actuator with a rubberized finish.
Constructed out of black marine plastic, this switch measures approximately 1" W x 1 7/8" H x 2" D overall. Requires an approximate 7/8" W x 1 5/8" H x 1 1/2" D cutout. Rated for 12 volts, 20 amps, and uses (6) spade male connections.

They are new, but came in bulk pack so they may have gotten a bit scuffed or maybe dusty from being in the box. That's pretty common in how we get some items.
