This butt hinge is constructed out of 8 gauge stainless steel. It measures approximately 4" L x 4" W x 1/2" H overall when opened and approximately 4" L x 2 1/4" W x 1/2" H overall when closed. It mounts via (8) 5/16" Dia. countersunk mounting holes. Please see photos for additional measurements.
