Boat part number 1085251 is a new telescoping ladder from Challenger Hardware, part number CH-LGH3 .
This 3-step ladder is constructed out of stainless steel with a polished finish. There are (3) steps with flat black plastic treads for traction and grip. It measures approximately 31 3/4" H x 10 7/8" W x 20 1/4" D overall when deployed. When stowed, measures approximately 14 5/8" W x 12" D x 1 3/4" H. Mounts with (4) 1/4" Dia. holes, set apart 10 1/4" center on center.

This is an over mount. It was photographed in a funky manner and the mounting brackets should really be flipped over.
