This blank dash panel is constructed out of black acrylic with a faux woodgrain pattern and a matte finish. Measures approximately 26 1/8" L x 5" H overall and features (8) total cutouts. Cutouts measure approximately 3 3/8" Dia. and 2 1/8" Dia. overall. Mounts with (6) threaded bolts.

I'm afraid this is the only one we have in this configuration, and they aren't something we can source or order. About all we can offer is this acrylic sheet that you could cut to size.
