Product Questions

Where is the Dockmate pontoon ladder made? Also will it fit most any pontoon? A universal fit?
Question by: Michael Heiden on Jun 25, 2023, 8:26 PM
Hello Michael,

I'm afraid we don't know where they were manufactured.

We certainly wouldn't call it universal - you'd want to determine where exactly you'd be mounting it to see if the dimensions work for you.

Questions regarding: DOCKMATE PONTOON BOAT FOLDING LADDER 954368 | 4 STEP 41 3/4 INCH ALUMINUM

What is weight limit for this?
Also, could you provide me installation instructions for this ladder? I want to make sure this will work for rear entry on my boat. I'm not certain there's enough room from edge of plywood to fence.
Question by: John Daniel Longest on Jun 12, 2023, 7:19 AM
Hello John,

I'm afraid we don't have a digital installation manual. You'd get that with the ladder. Unfortunately, we don't know the weight capacity. For whatever reason, manufacturers don't see to put that on their websites. About all we can suggest is to contact a dealer or the manufacturer directly.
