Unfortunately we do not currently have the control unit, and since we are not dealers, we are not able to special order. We do offer a 30 day warranty from date of purchase.

They are currently on sale for $1075.50 plus shipping. I'm afraid though, you'd need to check with Dometic or a dealer about the dehumidifying feature. We aren't dealers and nothing on the unit indicates that.

Yes, we do have them in stock. They are new in the fact that they have never been used, or even installed, but may be a few years old. We get them as overstocks from boat makers. Shipping is about the same as the other - $1588.15.
