Boat part number 1103865 is a new tachometer gauge from Faria, part number TC8164A .
This clear halogen illuminated gauge features a black bezel, black face, white needle, and white graphics. It measures approximately 3 3/4" Dia. across the face including bezel x 3 5/8" D overall and requires a cutout of approximately 3 1/4" Dia. It has (1) single male spade and (3) threaded connections.
Mounting bracket included.

Hi Richard,
It will work the same, and is the same size, but obviously it does't look just like your TC9099A. To my eyes, this one seems to be a closer match if interested:
