Boat part number 8203481 is a new Signature Gold series diesel tachometer gauge with digital hour meter from Faria, part number TDH232A . Commonly used on the Four Winns Boats, part number 024-0539.
This clear illuminated diesel tachometer gauge features a domed lens, gold bezel, gray face with black, white, and gold graphics, and a white needle. Measures approximately 3 3/4" Dia. across the face x 3 1/2" D overall, and requires a 3 1/4" dia. cutout. Connects with (1) male spade, and (2) threaded posts.

No, I'm afraid not at all. I presume you are running an I/O, and if so, we unfortunately don't have the same tach for you. Typically you'd run a 6000 RPM tach, but many 7000 RPM tachs (like the one at the link below) will work for you:
