Boat part number 1023207 is a new volt gauge from Faria, part number VP7101A . Commonly used on Bayliner Maxum Boats, but may be used on other boats.
This clear halogen illuminated volt gauge features a domed lens, silver colored bezel, navy blue face, orange needle, and white graphics. Measures approximately 2 1/4" Dia. across the face (including bezel), x 3 3/8" D overall. Requires an approximately 2" Dia. cutout. Has (3) threaded bolts, and (1) single spade male connection. Mounting bracket NOT included.

Sorry no, this one wouldn't replace it. This doens't even register until 20 volts and yours maxes at 14.
You'd typically want something 10 - 16. like this one:
