I was wondering if you could tell me what sending unit I would need in this tank. Apparently mine went bad and I would like to order a new one

Hello Kevin,
Ideally you'd want one that is 7" - 7 1/2" long but the closest we have right now is 6 1/2". It's not a huge deal, it's just that with that shorter sending unit, you'd always have more fuel in the tank than the gauge reads.
The one that is in the tank is a 30-240 ohm - the standard ohm range for sending units - and that is the same as this sender. If you aren't comfortable with the shorter sender, it wouldn't be difficult to find one a bit longer anywhere around the web. Just be sure it's 30-240 ohm.
