This panel is constructed out of a silver carbon fiber plastic with black writing. Measures approximately 11 5/8" W x 6" H overall, the cutouts are 2 1/4" Dia, (gauge cutout), 1 5/8" x 2" and 1" x 2 1/8" (square cutouts), and 1/2" Dia, (small switch cutouts).
