Hello Maverick,
Honestly don't know. All the battery cables/wire we have came from boat makers, so it most likely is. However, much of it is sealed (and we aren't going to cut them open) and if it doesn't say tinned on the cable itself, we can't say one way or another.
It's kind of why we are selling them at the price we are.
