This Four Winns grab handle rail is constructed out of polished stainless steel. Measures approximately 17 7/8" long and 2 1/4" high overall, with approximately 3/4" diameter tubing. This rail also features (2) countersunk mounting holes spaced approximately 16 3/4" apart and 1/4" in diameter. Sold as a single.

For GLS# gr10001, GLS#8202374, do the bolts go in from the top, or screw up from the bottom?
Also, if laid on a straight, flat surface, do the ends lay flat for bolting or screwing?

These came to us from Four Winns with no instructions, but typically these would screw in from the top. Yes, it does lay flat for mounting.
