Hello Douglas!
You can return within 30 days of purchase as long as it has not been altered in any way. There is an 8% restock for a refund which is waived if you can use a store credit (good for two years) Either way though, you'd be responsible for the shipping.
We offer veteran discounts on most items and this one would get 5%. You would however, need to contact our customer service team at 262-898-1855 to order.
Thank you!

Do you have precise measurements for the mounting plate with the locations of the holes? We're needing to have a shim created out of aluminum and the stair unit is in our boat three hours away, so I can't measure the exact location of the mounting holes. Please and thank you!

Hello Genevieve,
Just had it checked and the plates are 6" x 6" with mounting holes that are 4 3/8" apart center on center.
Hope this helps.
