I have an older alumicraft pontoon boat. with the same as your hinge part number 73541440 . Is it possible to get this size hinge in longer length? or from a different supplier? I need about 18" minimum.

I'm afraid we don't have that same hinge in a longer length, and they aren't something we can source or order. I did look through our other offset hinges and didn't see one I thought close, but if you want to take a look, here is a link:
