Boat part number 8203158 is a new Evolution series 5" seat base with bushing from Garelick, part number 75905-20 . Commonly used on Four Winns, part number 048-1449 , but may be used on other boats.
This seat base is constructed out of heavy duty aluminum and features a pre-installed white bushing with an approximate 3 5/8" OD and 2 1/4" ID. Manufacturer calls this a 5" base; we measure it to be approximately 9 1/4" Dia. x 5 1/4" H overall. It has (6) 1/4" Dia. mounting holes.

Unfortunately both of these pedestals are stored at a different location and I'm afraid we cannot get additional measurements. You could try contacting Garelick - they may be able to tell you.
Going by what measurements are shown, I'd bet a nickel they are both 2 3/8" if that helps.
