Do you have just the Bimini top boot available for a 2008 Kayot V220 deck boat?

Hello Ryan,
Unfortunately we do not at this time, and they aren't something we can source or order. Going back to '08, we aren't aware of any retailers who might have "on the shelf" anymore.
You might consider just getting Sunbrella fabric off the roll and having an area upholsterer make them up for you. If you do go that route, we have a very good selection of Sunbrella at great prices at this link:
