This hatch is constructed from Artic White colored glass filled polypropylene with a textured finish on the face. Features (2) twist-to-open latches. Mounts via (21) 3/16" Dia. mounting holes set around the perimeter. The manufacturer calls this a 13" x 30" hatch. Actual measurements listed below.

Hello Richard,
I'm afraid we don't know weight limits on any of the hatches we have. For whatever reason, manufacturers don't publish that. This one from Innovative the other from Jim Black are designed for normal foot traffic. You can probably stand on them for a while, but we always recommend keeping half a foot in the frame/deck.
