Manufacturer calls this a 4" Polar white deck / access plate. It is constructed out of Polar white glass filled polypropylene, and we measure it to be approximately 6 3/4" Dia. overall. Requires an approximate 4 3/8" Dia. cutout, with an opening approximately 3 7/8" Dia. Has a water tight gasket, and mounts with (5) 3/16" Dia. mounting holes approximately 4 1/2" apart center to center.
