Measures approximately 8 5/8" Dia. x 1" H overall. Manufacturer calls the cutout 6"; we measure it to be approximately 6 1/4" Dia. Has an interior opening of approximately 5 1/8" Dia. and (6) 3/16" Dia. mounting holes.
