Unfortunately we don't currently have any covers specific to your 166, and they aren't something we can source or order.
Going back to '98, we aren't aware of any retailers who might have "on the shelf" anymore. You might consider just getting Sunbrella fabric off the roll and having an area upholsterer make them up for you.
If you do go that route, we have a very good selection of Sunbrella at great prices at this link:
