I'm chasing 2 Helm seats with flip up bolster for a 2007 Larson LXI 248 - I'm located in Western Australia?

I'm afraid we have no way to cross reference seats to specific boats. You see, we aren't dealers/distributors - we purchase overstock and excess marine accessories.
If you want to email a photo or two of your current seats, we may be able to at least make a suggestion.

My seats are on a pedestal. Is there a way to attach them?

Hi Chris,
Does your pedestal have a swivel/slide? Something like this?

If so, and if it is the standard 12 x 5 mounting pattern on the slide, this will work with it. Those two black bars on the underside of the seat attach directly to the slide.

What is the best pedestal amount for this seat?

Hello Judy,
It kind of depends on what you want as far as height, and whether you want it height adjustable.
This would be a typical fixed height pedestal for a seat like this. It has a swivel and slide:

Right now we are REALLY light on complete pedestals, and don't have anything adjustable. Sorry.
