We wouldn't call it universal. You'd most likely need to have an upholsterer make something up for you. Sorry.

I'm afraid these are stored at a fulfilment location, so we cannot get additional measurements. However, going by the dimensions already in the ad, it would be about 12" - perhaps a bit over.

Unfortunately, we don't currently have any cushions specific to the leaning post, and they aren't something we can source or order.
You might consider just getting marine vinyl off the roll and having an area upholsterer make them up for you. If you do go that route, we have a very good selection of vinyl at great prices at this link:
