This rod holder is constructed out of a black coated aluminum. 52" W x 10 1/4" D x 21" H overall. Hosts (5) rod holders that measure approximately 9 3/4" L x 2 1/4" Dia. (tapered to 1 7/8" Dia.). Mounts with (4) 1/4" Dia. holes.
Note: Has scratches from storage and handling (see pictures).

Honestly not sure where this type of rod holder was meant to be installed. We aren't Lowe dealers/distributors and aren't familiar with their specific boats. They came with no sort of manual or installaton instructions, so your guess is as good as ours. About all we can suggest is to check with a Lowe dealer.
