Constructed out of solid aluminum, these brackets are glossy gray in color. Each bracket measures approximately 6 3/4" L x 9 3/4" H overall. On one end of each bracket, these is a 6" L x 1 1/8" W mounting plate with (2) 3/8" diameter mounting holes set apart approximately 4 5/8" center to center. The opposite end of each bracket has (3) 3/8" diameter mounting holes.

Do the arm rests come with pads on the upside of the bracket or are those extra. If so, how much?

I'm afraid no pads come with them, and unfortunately we don't have anything pre-made to fit. They came to us from Lund just as you see them. You'd probably need to have an upholsterer make something up for you.
