Boat part number 1096577 is a new seat slide and swivel mount for Malibu Boats, part number 5550151 . May be used on other boats.
This seat slide and swivel is constructed out of heavy duty aluminum. Features adjustable threaded feet and an approximate 12 1/2" L x 10 1/2" W mounting surface with custom 7 1/2" x 11" mounting pattern. Measures approximately 16 1/2" L x 14" W x 4 3/8" H overall. See photos for measurements.
Note: While made for Malibu Boats, this seat mount can be used on many other boats. It is designed to mount through a fiberglass shell common to many Malibu models.
It does swivel a full 360 degrees and can be stopped at muliple positions all the way around. Has a 6" slide.

Will this swivel seat fit a 2020 Malibu 21 MLX boat. Also can this be used with risers as well? I need to add 4" of height too

I'm afraid we aren't going to be a lot of help on this one. Since we aren't dealers, we aren't able to tell you what specific boats it will or won't work on, or even if risers are able to be attached. About all we can suggest is to contact a dealer and give them that 5550151 Malibu part number.

Will this fit a 2009 Malibu Response LX 20? I cannot see how it is supposed to be attached to the floor. I have to ditch the stock seat as well, will this base fit 9inch square bolt pattern for the new seat?

I'm afraid we don't have any way to cross reference these to specific boats, and don't know how it was originally intended to mount. We aren't dealers/distributors - we purchase surplus and overstocks - and these came to us with no instructions or manuals.
It can't be all that uncommon though, because we've sold more than 50 of them since we got them last fall. About all we can suggest is to contact a Malibu dealer.
