This cleat is constructed out of stainless steel with a polished finish and the MasterCraft logo. Features black plastic drain with (1) 1/2" Dia. barbed hose connection. This cleat measures approximately 8" L x 2" W x 5 1/8" H overall without the drain fitting. There are (2) 1" Dia. threaded mounting bolts approximately 3 1/4" apart, center-to-center.

Do you all sell just the hex nut and lock washer for this cleat? Its a 12-pitch thread, but actually a custom pitch diameter... I need QTY 1 of each.

I'm afraid we don't have them by themselves, and they aren't something we can source or order. We weren't able to determine who manufactured them, so about all we can suggest is to contact Mastercraft or a dealer.
