Not sure if you are refering to the outside diameter, or cut out, but the closest I found is this 23" OD from Taylor Made:

Unfortunately not - at least that we've ever seen. We aren't actually dealers for them, so we don't know everything they offered. We might suggest checking with Maxwell directly.
