We aren't 100% certain, but we believe it would be expoxied on. We aren't actually Misty Harbor dealers, and don't do installations, but we've see caps like this that installed w/glue before.

Hi Mike,
You can return within 30 days of purchase as long as it has not been altered in any way. There is an 8% restock for a refund which is waived if you can use a store credit (good for two years) Either way though, you'd be responsible for the shipping.
