If its new why does it have scratches? Wouldnt it be cheaper with scratches?

Hello Tony,
We purchase overstocks and close outs, and these came to us in bulk pack from Misty Harbor, so they got the scuffs/scracthes in handling. They have never been used or installed, and we did factor in the scratches in the pricing.
