Honestly, we aren't the people to ask. We aren't dealers - we purchase overstocks & closeouts - and cannot trouble shoot battery charger issues. About all we can suggest is to contact a Norco dealer.

Hi Brett,
Since we aren't dealers, we only warranty them for 30 days. You could however contact the manufacturer to see if they'll do more. A lot of them do. For what it's worth - these ARE new, never installed. We got them as an overstock item from Tracker.
