Boat part number 1005498 is a new old stock trim gauge from OMC, part number 175615 .
This illuminated trim gauge features a flat lens, black bezel, white face, black needle, and black text.
Measures approximately 2 1/4" Dia. across the face including bezel. Requires an approximate 2" Dia. cutout. Connects with (4) threaded bolt.
Mounting bracket included.
Set up for Evinrude / Suzuki engines.

Unfortunately not - they use different ohm ranges. I think it would work pretty much the opposite. I'm afraid we don't have the identical gauge that will work for you, but have a lot of other options that will at this link if interested:
