This housing collar is constructed out of cream colored marine grade plastic, with a textured finish. Measures approximately 4 1/2" ODia. x 2 3/4" H overall. It has a 2 1/2" IDia. opening, and requires an approximate 2 3/4" Dia. cutout. It has (3) 1/4" mounting holes.
