This hold-down clamp latch is constructed out of chrome plated brass per manufacturer. Features a lockable handle that accepts a padlock shank up to 1/4" in diameter. The latch measures approximately 4 1/2" L x 1 3/4" W overall when closed and has (4) 3/16" Dia. mounting holes.
