Boat part number 1022281 is a new pair of ladder bracket mounts from Perko. Commonly used on Tracker Boats, part number 32648 , but may be used on other boats.
Each bracket measures approximately 1 3/4" L x 2 1/2" H x 3/8" D with (4) 1/4" mounting holes. Features a 1/2" L x 1" H cutout, with a 1/2" H x 1/4" D catch on back.

We aren't aware of any special fittings that go with these. We believe it's just a pan head screw that is on the ladders that slide into these fittings. Understand, we don't do installations, so you may want to check with a dealer.
