Looking through the manual, it doesn't really say that, so we can't say for sure. What we might suggest is to contact Bass Pro Tech Service to see what they say. We aren't dealers, and only have limited knowledge of this item.

Does this charge the battery and automatically switch to trickle charge before unhooking the power supply cord?
