how are these mounted when installing on sides with no underside access? do you sell all hardware for mounting the rails. looks like just the rails are shown. are there instructions for installation available on your web site? do you have these in black in a shorter length

Hello Marcia,
These rails will require access to the backside as you would run studs from inside the boat, these would not come with any install instructions. I have also attached a link below to all of our other hand rails.
