I have 95 24’ four Winns. Needs new fenders. These look like they might be what I need. Bc there is a carpeted pad on the inside. And the fender is narrower at the top so the boat doesn’t hit it. The carpet inside wall is on an angle toward fender inner side.

They are wider at the bottom for sure, but there isn't any carpet or anything attached to it. It's just the fender itself. I wonder if maybe that was added by the dealer later?
