i has a 2004 620vs , my letters are 1.5 in tall but measure 4 inches long when measured on side of boat, are this the correct letters...ken

Not really sure. We have some 520 decals that are 5 1/2" long, (link below) so if I understand you correctly, I think the VS is going to be a bit large. You could try contacting a Ranger dealer to be sure though.
